1. As-is
Sdamix is provided «as is» without any warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kristel Maksimova («Developer») disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
2. Liability
Developer is not liable for: loss of user data; inaccuracies in calculations; device failure or data loss from OS updates; interruption of the Application; errors arising from incorrect user input.
EU and Russian Federation consumers: this section does not limit mandatory statutory consumer rights.
3. Calculations
Rental and payment calculations are for reference only. Verify final amounts independently. Developer is not liable for errors from incorrect data entry.
4. Future features
As the Application evolves (cloud storage, third-party integrations, advertising, subscriptions), Developer’s liability remains limited to the maximum extent permitted by law for each feature as disclosed in the relevant version’s Privacy Policy and EULA. Developer is not liable for the availability, accuracy, or data practices of third-party platforms connected optionally by the user.

Nothing in the Application constitutes legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions related to your rental activities.
6. Apple’s role

1. Предоставление «как есть»
Приложение Sdamix предоставляется «как есть» без гарантий. В максимальной мере, допустимой законом, Kristel Maksimova («Разработчик») отказывается от всех гарантий, включая пригодность для конкретной цели.
2. Ограничение ответственности
Разработчик не несёт ответственности за: потерю данных; неточность расчётов; отказ устройства или обновление iOS; перебои в работе; ошибки из-за неправильно введённых данных.
Потребители из ЕС и РФ: настоящий раздел не ограничивает обязательных прав потребителей.
3. Точность расчётов
Расчёты носят справочный характер. Проверяйте итоговые суммы самостоятельно.
4. Будущие функции
По мере развития Приложения (облачное хранение, интеграции, реклама, подписка) ответственность Разработчика остаётся ограниченной в максимальной мере, допустимой законом. Разработчик не несёт ответственности за доступность, точность и практику данных сторонних платформ, подключаемых пользователем опционально.

Ничто в Приложении не является юридической, финансовой, налоговой или бухгалтерской консультацией.
